Kaqore.com is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides the online infrastructure that allows us to present content, offer products, and process transactions. Your use of this Site is also subject to Wix’s own terms, policies, and technical limitations.

You acknowledge that:

  • Certain features (checkout, analytics, cookies, security) are provided by Wix or Wix‑integrated partners.

Kaqore LLC offers:​

  • Book editing and services, including brand licensing, advertising, and marketing

  • Custom apparel and merchandise featuring the KAQORE trademark and related brand concepts

  • Media‑themed designs, including Tvocracy and Radiocracy

  • Books and printed works, including Tvocracy: by Nathaniel Wenger

  • Other creative products produced through third‑party print partners

All products are made to order.

4. Manufacturing and Fulfillment

We use third‑party print‑on‑demand manufacturers to produce and ship products:​​

  • Lulu Direct (for books and print media)

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Products are manufactured and fulfilled by these partners.

  • Production and shipping timelines depend on their operational capacity.

  • We do not control manufacturing errors, shipping delays, or carrier issues.

  • Your order information will be shared with these partners solely for fulfillment.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Site or make purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including the KAQORE trademark, logo, brand assets, product designs, written works, and the Tvocracy brand "Tvocracy.com" —is the exclusive property of Kaqore LLC or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content

  • Use our trademarks or branding without written permission

  • Create derivative works based on our designs or media concepts

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Correct errors in pricing or product information

Payments are processed through Wix‑integrated payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

8. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on the print‑on‑demand partner, product type, and destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

9. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because products are made to order:

  • Returns for buyer’s remorse are generally not accepted.

  • Defective or misprinted items may be eligible for replacement.

  • Claims must be submitted within the timeframe required by the manufacturer (typically 7–30 days).

We follow the return policies of third-party manufactures, which may vary by product.
